ship all our products using the US Postal Service. They
have the best rates and service for the price. Most
items are shipped in their "Flat Rate Envelopes
or Boxes". We will put as much in as we can. Our
pricing on this page is based on the number of pieces
we can get into an envelope or box. Occasionally the
shipping shown is more than we charge. If this is the
case a refund is automatically returned to your PayPal
or Credit Card account. Our shipping prices for the

Shiitake is a wide range strain that fruits
very well in summer and has a thick and meaty
cap and a very strong distinct flavor that
stands out in your culinary dishes. Maitake
is also known as "Hen of the Woods".
It is more sought for the medicinal properties,
but the flavor can't be beat. We sometimes
need to substitute one of the varieties with
another variety due to availability. You may
substitute any of Phoenix ,Pohu, Yellow Oyster,
Maitake and Shiitake plugs if you desire more
of one type, just tell us which of the 100
count package to substitute with your order.

are two types of patch available: 0.05 that
can be pre sealed before sterilizing or
a .2 that although you have to seal after,
it is very fine patch. great for those in
less than ideal conditions. Both patches
allow gas exchange but preclude the passage
of contaminants All bags may be ordered
with either of the 2 types of patch..2 microns
seal out the most and are used for spawn,
but we use them to grow as well. If you
seal before autoclaving, they will burst..5
is coarser and it's primary use is for growing
